Roundtable Event - 5th April 2016 - Impactful collaboration on Public Sector Digital Innovation

We are currently scoping a service design project, where we want to build a service directory and associated layers to map a service user’s journey across a set of services. Why? The local public have stated that they are not familiar with what is available for them within their community and, community organisations have pointed to a need for more joined up services, better co-ordination and management of shared resources. Our ambition is to have a simple, yet robust and testable (MVP) prototype ready to test with a small cohort of agencies, led by the Job Centre by the end of the year. This will be then evaluated, and a decision made as to whether the project is developed further and scaled wider than the Ballymun pilot area.
